In this video, I am going to help you make the most of your HubSpot portal and some of its top features, like meeting links, by syncing your calendar with your HubSpot portal.

This synchronisation is bidirectional, making it easier than ever to ensure that your day is accurately scheduled and that no meetings are left forgotten.

Syncing your calendar will allow you to simultaneously create a meeting on your calendar, log a meeting on your CRM, and invite your meeting guests without leaving the platform.

If your calendar is synced to your portal, every time you create a meeting in your Google or Outlook Calendar and include a guest already on your CRM, it will be automatically logged onto their records.
You will also be able to schedule events straight from HubSpot.

This option is especially advisable for people working on teams that might need to pick-up conversations with contacts with whom their teammates might have met in the past.

When using HubSpot’s scheduling tool, you will be given the option to add “Team notes”, any internal notes. These notes will be visible on your record for your team’s further reference and will not be shared with the attendees of the meeting.

Consistently logging your meetings on your contacts’ record and adding any notes that you think you or your team members will find helpful when going over its content can be a real game changer.

It can help conversation handovers to happen smoothly, avoiding contacts getting the same information twice and keeping your teammates from asking the same questions twice.
